And now with the power once again to control Earth’s weather, I shall…” 3: Cobra Commander, dramatically: “Reverse man-made climate change!” 4: Mindbender and Biggles-Jones, dramatically: “Cobr--!” Less dramatically, Biggles-Jones: “…wait, what?” Mindbender: “Eh?” 5: Cobra Commander: “I want to rule over a habitable Earth, not a Mad Max wasteland. The severe weather we’ve been having lately has been freaking me the hell out. Last week’s thunderstorm sounded like God was angry with me personally.” Mindbender: “I mean…” Biggles-Jones: “You do lead an international terrorist organization.” Cobra Commander: “All the more reason for me to take the power of lightning away from God.”
